Advance Industrial Machine (AIM)

John Ver Boort already was an experienced machine shop owner when he founded Advance Industrial Machine (AIM) in 1993. He recognized the strong demand for a state-of-the-art machine shop located near the paper-related industries of the Fox Valley and surrounding areas of Northeast Wisconsin.

John identified an additional market need for a local metal fabricating shop and launched Midwest Sheet Metal & Fabrication (MSM) three years later in 1996. The two companies work in tandem to serve a wide range of industries.
