About AIM

John VerBoort founded Advance Industrial Machine (AIM) in 1993 to meet growing demand for a state-of-the-art industrial machine shop serving the paper industries of the Fox Valley and surrounding areas of Northeast Wisconsin. Built on strong machine shop experience, we provide precision CNC machining, custom machining, and build-to-print manufacturing support for industrial customers.

In 1996, we expanded by launching Midwest Sheet Metal & Fabrication (MSM) to meet the need for a local sheet metal fabrication and custom fabrication partner. Together, from our side-by-side facilities in Greenville, Wisconsin, we deliver machining, welding, metal fabrication, and build-to-print solutions for a wide range of industries.

We are proud to be a family-owned company built on the leadership and involvement of John VerBoort and his five sons. All five sons have held ownership and roles within AIM and MSM. Together, the VerBoort family helps drive our commitment to excellence, competitive pricing, on-time delivery, dependable service, and high-quality results for customers throughout the Fox Valley and surrounding areas.
