Founded in 1994 by John VerBoort, our business began as a vision by an entrepreneur with a simple mission: to provide exceptional service and quality to our community in Greenville, WI. What started as a father’s vision has grown into a thriving family company and family-owned manufacturing company, built on dedication, trust, and hard work.
Today, we are proudly run by John’s four sons - Mark, Matt, Mike, and Luke - who continue the legacy of commitment and personal care that our customers have come to know and trust. While the industry has evolved over the years, our focus remains the same: treating every customer like part of our family and delivering the highest quality products and services in custom machining, sheet metal fabrication, metal fabrication, and Build-to-Print Manufacturing.

As our Purchasing Manager & Estimator, Luke works behind the scenes to ensure we have the right materials at the right time and at the best possible value. From sourcing quality components to building strong relationships with trusted suppliers, he helps keep our production moving efficiently.
On the estimating side, Luke carefully reviews each project to provide accurate, transparent pricing. By working closely with our production team, he makes sure every quote reflects real-world costs and timelines so there are no surprises for our customers.
In a small manufacturing environment like ours, this role goes beyond the desk. Luke collaborates with our shop floor team, helps solve material challenges, and looks for ways to improve processes and reduce costs all to deliver better results for you.

Mark plays a key role in keeping our shop running day to day.
As our Production Manager, he works closely with the team on the shop floor to keep projects moving, solve problems as they come up, and make sure everything is built to our standards. He’s involved throughout the process, helping ensure each job is done right and finished on time.
With a strong understanding of our products, he also helps make sure everything that leaves our shop meets the quality our customers expect.
Mark is a key point of contact for our customers. Whether you have questions about your order, need an update, or want to check on delivery timing, he’s there to help and keep you informed.
His hands-on approach and focus on communication help make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Meet Our Shop Foreman – Matt VerBoort
At our company, keeping production running smoothly takes strong leadership and hands-on experience and that’s exactly what our Shop Foreman, Matt, brings to the team every day.
Matt oversees day-to-day operations on the shop floor, making sure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high quality standards. From coordinating workflow and managing schedules to troubleshooting challenges in real time, he plays a key role in turning plans into finished products.
Working closely with both our team and management, Matt ensures that materials, equipment, and manpower are all aligned to keep jobs on track. Their attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship help maintain consistency in everything we produce.
In a small manufacturing environment like ours, the Shop Foreman is more than a supervisor they’re a problem-solver, mentor, and leader. Matt supports the team, keeps communication flowing, and steps in wherever needed to get the job done right.

Mike keeps our sheet metal shop running efficiently while making sure every project meets the highest standards.
In his role, he’s on the shop floor daily coordinating the team, reviewing job prints, and overseeing fabrication and finishing. By staying involved at every stage, he ensures projects stay on schedule and any challenges are addressed immediately.
With deep experience in sheet metal work, Mike understands the details that matter, from material selection to final fit and finish. He takes pride in making sure every part that leaves our shop meets both our standards and our customers’ expectations.
He is also the go-to contact for our customers, especially for any laser table needs. Whether you have questions about your order, need updates, or want to confirm delivery timelines, he’s always available to provide clear information and guidance.
